A deposit in the amount of two (2) nights' rent or 30% (whichever is greater) must be received within five (5) days after reservation is made. No refund of deposit unless thirty (30) days advance notice is given. No exceptions. You will be charged for all the days you reserve. Any changes in the length of stay must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance.
$15.00 per day will be charged for each person over the permitted number of guests in the cottage.
Day Guests -- Any day guests visiting you longer than one hour must be registered at the office. $10.00 fee per guest per day. Ask in advance about limits and hours.
Payment in full is due upon registration. Cash, Travelers Check or your personal check accepted.
No credit cards. No pets please.
