A deposit in the amount of two (2) nights rent or 30% (whichever is greater) must be received within five (5) days after reservation is made. A deposit refund is guaranteed only if a minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice of cancellation is given. No exceptions. Any cancellation in full, or length of stay will result in a $50 processing fee. If cancelled less than thirty (30) days before arrival, you will be charged for ALL THE DAYS RESERVED. There is no refund for unused accommodations due to late arrival or early departure.
$15.00 per day will be charged for each person over the permitted number of guests in the cottage.
Day Guests -- Any day guests visiting you longer than one hour must be registered at the office. $10.00 fee per guest per day. Ask in advance about limits and hours.
Payment in full is due upon registration. Cash, Travelers Check or your personal check accepted.
