"We really enjoyed our stay in Dun Wurkin'. It totally fit
our mindset for this vacation. You can't get closer to the river without a boat
and the hummingbirds are so entertaining! Your site is close to the Rocky Mountain
National Park (the best hiking anywhere!) and Estes Park. What a perfect blend of
wilderness, country and city. Truly enjoyed the cabin, perfect for our needs and
all of the amenities available at Idlewilde. We certainly will be back, hopefully soon!"

"Dear Donna and Lloyd, thankyou for making our stay at the
Idlewilde Cabins a marvelous and awesome experiece. For all you people out there
looking for a place to stay in Estes Park, the Idlewilde Cabins are the place.
Surrounded by beauty, sounds right at your doorstep of the Thompson River, beautiful
birds everywhere. There was so much spectacular scenes I didn't think I could soak it
all in. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. Not to mention the cabin was so comfortable and had
everything you need. The office even had games and such that you could use while there.
I felt Donna and Lloyd did everything possible to make our stay the best, I know it
exceeded my expectations. All the cabins were great but the best in my opinion is the
Ataloa. I mean the river the sounds the magnificence of it all is just inches away from
your front door and the screen porch. We loved it and will definetely stay there again
when the opportunity comes our way. Thanks again for everything you did for us."

"Once again I enjoyed a wonderful retreat at Idlewilde By the River.
The great thing about this place is that it is convenient if you want to go to Estes, RMNP,
the Y-Camp, etc. BUT if you don't want to go anywhere, you can stay at Idlewilde and enjoy
the river, the screened porches, the wildlife, the trees. I spent hours reading by the river.
It was restorative. Riverside Cabin is very comfortable and clean.Thanks for your gracious
hospitality!"
